These general conditions of sale are intended for the use of the reservation of stays in the guest house Castell de Blés located at Domaine de Castell de Blés 66740 Saint Génis des Fontaines.
They constitute the reservation contract between the owners: Julia Urtado and Romain Teboul and the guest of a stay-in bed and breakfast.
The owners are committed to doing their utmost to give our guests a warm welcome, ensure a pleasant stay and make their knowledge of the region easier.
Acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are acquired upon payment of the deposit.
The present conditions of sale are modifiable at any time without notice.
DURATION:
This contract signed by the customer is concluded for a fixed term. Under no circumstances may the client claim any right to remain in the premises unless the owner agrees.
PRICES :
The prices indicated on this site are prices in € VAT included per room and per night, for the number of people and for the chosen date. Breakfasts are included in the price. The tourist tax will be indicated in addition when invoicing the balance. Our rates and offers are subject to availability at the time of booking and may not be renewed for future bookings. The conditions, prices and non-contractual offers are subject to change without notice.
BOOKING:
Any reservation is accompanied by a written confirmation to the customer (mail or mail) or the customer and the payment of a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay, with a minimum of one night per room booked. The deposits are non-refundable, deductible from the total bill on the day of departure. The deposits must be paid no later than 7 days from the reservation request and will be cashed upon receipt. The reservation is recorded and confirmed from the receipt of the deposit. The payment of the deposit implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Payment in cash, ANCV holiday vouchers, by check or bank transfer. Bank cards are not accepted.
Bank check – bank domiciled in France (payable to Castell de Blés).
Bank transfer – (exclusively in euros) on account of Castell de Blés (RIB provided on request). Transfer fees are the sole responsibility of the client.
The balance of the stay will be paid at the end of the stay and any consumption and additional services not mentioned in this contract.
AMENDMENT AND CANCELLATION OF BOOKING:
Any modification and partial or total cancellation of booking by the customer must be the subject of a request directly from our establishment, either by mail or by email contact@castelldebles.fr
This request for modification or cancellation will be effective only when the Castell de Blés has confirmed your acceptance by mail or email.
If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the arrival date, the amount paid at the time of booking will be refunded.
If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit of 25% is retained. If the customer wishes, he can be relocated to another stay for a period of 6 months.
If cancellation occurs less than 20 days prior to arrival, or in case of no-show, or if the client shortens his stay, the Castell de Bles reserves the right to charge and to claim or withdraw the total amount of planned stay including booking of additional services ordered (packed lunches, massages …).
If before the beginning of the stay the Castell de Blés cancels the reservation, he must inform his client either by mail or by email. The customer will be refunded immediately sums already paid.
RESPONSIBILITY
The customer certifies to be covered by a liability insurance covering his responsibility and that of his family.
Children evolve within the domain under the sole responsibility of their parents. The use of the pool is at the risk of the customers.
The client agrees to make the guest rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare, and assume financially, any possible degradation of which it could be responsible.
Castell de Blés declines any responsibility in the event of theft, loss, damage to personal effects and / or damage or injury to property or persons on the property, regardless of the cause.
The safe of the Castell de Blés is at the disposal of the tenants who wish it.
In the event of forgetfulness in the room at the end of the stay, the effects can be sent to the person concerned, at his request and at his expense.
ARRIVING TIME
The customer must present himself on the day of his reservation from 17:00 to 20:00. Please notify in advance if you arrive outside of these hours so we can accommodate you.
DEPARTURE TIME
On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am.
CHANGE OF ROOMS
Without the client being able to claim any compensation, Castell de Blés reserves the right to change the room initially reserved by the customer by a room of the same capacity or higher capacity. In such a case, the cost of the reservation remains unchanged.
CAPACITY
This contract is for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is entitled to refuse additional customers. This refusal can not be considered as a modification or a breach of contract on the initiative of the owner. In case of departure of the customer, no refund can be considered.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is only served in the living room or on the terrace until noon.
ANIMALS
Pets are not allowed. In the event of non-respect of this clause by the customer, the refusal to accept the animals and its owners by the Castell de Blés, can not be assimilated to a modification or a rupture of the contract on the initiative of the owner. So that in case of departure of the customer, no refund can be considered.
ARTS OF LIVING AND USE OF THE PLACES
Respect for a certain lifestyle is required of all guests to ensure the tranquility of the place and the comfort of all its occupants. The customer agrees to respect the guidelines of etiquette appearing in the rooms and in these general conditions of sale.
In addition, it is requested not to smoke in the rooms or windows. All rooms of the guest house (bedroom, living room, library …) are strictly non-smoking.
Private parties are not left at the disposal of guests.
Glass glasses are prohibited near the pool.
Any disrespectful attitude toward other guests and / or facilities may result in the immediate cancellation of the booking.
Only guests staying at Castell de Blés are allowed to use common areas and the swimming pool.
Thank you for not throwing anything into the toilet (treatment plant). Thank you also for not using the towels for make-up removal or shoe cleaning (cleansing cottons and polish accessories are provided free of charge).
The customer agrees to make the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare, and assume financially, any possible degradation of which it could be responsible.
Swimming pool
The owners remind their guests of the lack of supervision of the pool.
The swimming pool is open from 08:30 to 22:00. From 22:00, the pool is not accessible unless express agreement Castell de Blés. The pool cover is closed.
The pool is reserved only for family members and guests staying at Castell de Blés.
The use of the pool by children is under the full supervision and sole responsibility of their parents.
It is advised to any user of the swimming pool to be covered by a Civil liability insurance defense and recourse.
The owners decline all responsibility in case of accident or drowning.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
The Castell de Blés may be required to make promotional offers on its website, concerning accommodation services provided on a specific date or period, for which no cancellation is possible (article L121-20-4 of the code of consumption). The promotional offers of the Castell de Blés are not cumulative among them.
COMPUTING AND FREEDOM
In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you. Castell de Blés undertakes not to transmit the information communicated to other companies or organizations.
DISPUTE
This contract is governed by French law.
All disputes to which this contract may give rise, concerning its validity, its interpretation, its execution, its termination, their consequences and their consequences will be submitted to the competent courts under common law conditions.
